REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final As all products at Ain't It Cute Studio are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Incorrect or Damaged Items We take full responsibility for any errors on our part. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item due to our mistake, we will arrange a complimentary replacement and reship the correct item to you at no additional cost.

To be eligible for a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the item received
• A brief description of the issue

We reserve the right to assess each case individually and may request additional information if needed.

Cancellations As orders go into production shortly after being placed, cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, we are unable to cancel or modify your order.

Refunds Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement cannot be arranged. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
