Shipping Destinations & Free Shipping Thresholds

We currently ship exclusively to the following selected markets: United States, Canada, Australia, and Hong Kong (HKSAR).

To help you build your ultimate unwind ritual, we offer Free Standard Shipping when your order meets the following regional spend thresholds:

  • United States: Free Standard Shipping on orders HKD $600+ (~USD $75)

  • Canada: Free Standard Shipping on orders HKD $1,000+ (~USD $128)

  • Australia & Hong Kong (HKSAR): Free Standard Shipping on orders HKD $1,200+ (~USD $153)

For orders below these amounts, standard shipping rates will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the rates provided by our fulfillment centers.

Production & Shipping Timelines

  • Production Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be crafted and quality-checked before dispatch.

  • Transit Times: Once shipped, estimated standard delivery times are as follows:

    • United States: 3–5 business days

    • Canada: 5–12 business days

    • Australia & Hong Kong (HKSAR): 10–20 business days

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your package is on its way.

Note on Split Deliveries: To bring you specialized fits and premium materials, our products are fulfilled across different studio locations (US and Global). If you purchase a bundle or multiple items, your items may ship separately and arrive in distinct packages. You will receive individual tracking details for each package at no additional charge.

Returns & Exchanges

To maintain our commitment to sustainable, on-demand production, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection. We encourage you to review our size guides carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Our Quality Guarantee

While we strive for perfection in every "Physical Logout" uniform, rare errors can occur. We will gladly offer a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you if:

  • The Wrong Item Was Sent: You received a size, color, or design different from what you ordered.

  • Manufacturing Defects: The print quality is poor, blurry, or significantly flawed.

  • Damaged Goods: The item arrived with physical tears, marks, or shipping damages.

How to Report an Issue: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@aintitcutestudio.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will prioritize your request to ensure your sanctuary remains undisturbed.
